Refunds are not provided for services that have been completed. • By booking an appointment through my online booking system, clients acknowledge that they have read and agreed to all salon policies before confirming their appointment. • If you have any concerns with your service, they must be communicated within 48 hours so they can be evaluated and, if appropriate, adjusted. If service needs to be redone, appointment must take place within a week. • Complimentary adjustments may be offered at the stylist’s discretion but are not guaranteed. • Shampooing, styling, and blow-drying are part of the completed service and are included in the service price. • Refunds are not issued because a client changes their mind after leaving the salon or decides they are no longer satisfied after initially approving the finished result. • Color correction and service adjustments are handled on a case-by-case basis.
